Fees table:
*3rd bed: for every period of time, two different costs are scheduled. The cost which is identified with the letter B is referred to children (6/15 years old); the cost which is identified with the letter A is referred to adults.
SURCHARGES:
Half-Board Service for Adults: € 40,00 per person (full menu, drinks and wine not included)
Half-Board Service for Children: 0-5 years old (pay-as-you-consume); 6-14 years old € 17,00 per person (full menu, drinks not included)
Pets: small-size pets are allowed for a final antiparasitic cleaning service fee of € 40,00.
Laundry: washing and drying € 18,00 – Ironing: € 2,00 per cloth;
Room service for breakfast: € 15,00
Pool towels: € 3,00 (towels are included for Suite guests)
PRIVILEGE AMENITIES (only for Suite guests):

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– At the time of booking, a guarantee deposit of 25% of the total stay cost is required (as well as a credit card number); it is refundable until 30 days before arrival.
– For the last-minute bookings (within 7 days) a credit card number is required as a guarantee.
– In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept until 30 days before the arrival date.
– In case of non-arrival, the booking will be maintained only for the first night and the entire amount of the stay will be required.
– In case of leaving the room ahead of schedule, the payment of the entire amount of the planned stay will be required.
Local tourist tax: the payment of the tourist tax is required. The amount needed is € 1,50 per person (over 12 years old) for the first 7 nights of the stay and it must be payed on arrival; in July and August, it is € 2,00 per person for the first 7 nights.
